Andrea, originally from the Northside of Long Beach, CA, is a Cornell University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations, focusing on Law and Society. Growing up in an overexploited community and navigating a predominantly white institution in higher academia has instilled in her a profound commitment to transformative justice and collective liberation. Her experiences in human rights and community engagement have inspired her to build regenerative relationships with our world and each other. Andrea is passionate about imagining urban green spaces for her neighbors and finding opportunities to foster resiliency and community.
In her free time, you can catch Andrea volunteering at her local community garden, running, roller skating, hiking, or spending time with her loved ones.
