GreenLatinos Endorses the Environmental Justice For All Act

Washington, D.C. — The House Natural Resources Committee released the Environmental Justice for All Act to address systemic environmental racism in marginalized communities across the nation. GreenLatinos enthusiastically endorses this landmark legislation.

GreenLatinos founding president and CEO Mark Magaña released the following statement regarding this critically important legislation:

“Latino and other Black, Brown and Indigenous communities have put justice at the center of the environmental movement for generations.  It is so heartening to finally see members of Congress updating landmark environmental and civil rights legislation to fit 21st Century solutions for frontline communities.”
